Palemast Plant Décor is a turnkey biophilic design and manufacturing studio with a specific focus on the indoor planter markets.
Commercial plant rental and/or selling companies, outright purchase and rental clients, interior designers and/or decorators are all subject to ever evolving market demands for indoor plants and Palemast Plant Décor is at the forefront with modern designer planter frames and pot ranges.
We are fiercely fixated with the continual development of contemporary planter designs and to produce high quality, locally sourced and manufactured products.
To this end, Palemast offer our clients a comprehensive range of indoor planter frames, pots and associated products coupled with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
Our range of pots are solid spun aluminium and will non-corrosively retain excess water. Pot sizes are selected to accommodate common grow pot or liner sizes (150, 200, 250 & 300mm dia) which negates direct planting and improves maintenance costs.
In addition to the trade ranges, Palemast offer innovative custom biophilic design and manufacturing solutions on bespoke client projects. Benefit from our expert advise for the environment, lighting requirements and plant specimen selections to achieve both astetic and thriving growth objectives.
Palemast Plant Décor produce steel, aluminium, brass (and other metals), ceramic and timber products with selected specialist artisans in order to offer our clients a quality product experience.

Frequently asked questions
1. Is there a warranty for Palemast products?
All Palemast Plant Décor products are sold with a full 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Should you experience any fabrication failures/faults, we will repair or exchange your product at no cost. (see warranty policy link).
2. Can I order a different colour or size?
All Palemast Plant Décor products are fully customisable. Powder coated products can be finished in practically all colours and we can match RAL colour specifications. Contact us for your project’s requirements.
3. Does Palemast deliver?
Palemast can deliver to any physical address in Southern Africa. Our courier partner will deliver to your door.
4. Can I order plants?
We can supply pots/planters with plants but this is only available in the Cape region as we handle the deliveries ourselves. Unfortunately we do not send plants via couriers.
5. Can I rent planters?
Yes we do short term rentals for functions (1-30 days). Rentals include delivery to site, set up, plants and removal. For long term rentals, Palemast will refer you to our network of specialist indoor plant rental & maintenance companies.
6. Can I return or exchange a purchased product?
Most items are custom made or made to order and are therefore non-returnable. Items that are regular stock items are returnable within 15 days of receipt of shipment as long as it is in its original condition. A full refund for the merchandise portion of the order will be issued for items meeting this condition. We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
